Both the data and reports are private and confidential and can only be viewed by our analyst team in order to verify the data and create the reports, the investment team and you. No data is shared with any other parties without written consent. All data can also be deleted at your request and/or that of the investment team. Unauthorized use of Apex ESG Ratings Portal may give rise to claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
